Check-in/Check-out
Your room will be available on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm onwards.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you, to check-out by no later than 10.30 am.
Early arrival or late departure may be possible depending on availability and for a fee.

Notes on check-in
If you arrive before 3 pm, you are welcome to deposit your luggage (without valuables) with us until your room is ready for occupancy.
If you arrive after 6 pm please inform us briefly, because the reception is only open until 6 pm.
Photo ID is required upon check-in.

Breakfast on the day of arrival
You are welcome to enjoy our rich breakfast buffet on the day of arrival for EUR 20.00 per person (please reserve in advance).

Exact request for room numbers
It is only possible to meet requests for specific room categories, but not exact requests for room numbers or floors.

Reductions for children when staying in the parent’s bedroom (2 full-paying guests)

• • Children 0-2 years are free, children 3-6 years receive 75%, children 7-10 years 55% and children 11-15 years 40% reduction on the room price per person/night.
  • Cot EUR 10.00 per child/night (on request)

Pets policy
Dogs are only allowed on request and for a surcharge of EUR 18.00 per dog/night (dog food is not provided). If you do bring a dog, you have to bring your own basket and dog blanket. Please note that your four-legged-friend will not be allowed in the restaurant or in certain room categories. When guests arrive with dogs, the hotel reserves the right to include a possible clean-up in the bill.

The fine print
We rely on flexible prices; these can vary depending on occupancy, demand and time of year.
When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

Spa- and wellness area
Please note that children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the sauna area, which is a nude area and a quiet zone. (In summer the sauna is available on request!)

Curfew
Entry to the property will be closed between the hours of 6 pm and 7.30 am.

Quiet hours
Guests must be quiet between 11 pm and 7 am.

Non-smoking
The hotel is run as a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and all public areas!

Refund
We do not allow reimbursement for unused meals.

Liability and responsibility
The hotel assumes no liability for any accidents, losses, thefts or damage to guests’ personal property. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their guests. Damage or damage to property will be charged upon departure.

Behaviour and house rules
Guests are asked to adhere to the house rules. The hotel reserves the right to warn or expel guests in the event of a gross violation of the hotel’s house rules. Any celebrations/parties in the hotel are prohibited.

Payment
The hotel accepts certain payment methods (cash “EUR”, Maestro/EC card, Visa or Mastercard).

Reservation
The booking is binding and will only become valid upon receipt of written confirmation from the hotel. To reconfirm your booking, we ask for a deposit payment, which you will find in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in written form. Cancellation terms according to the Austrian terms of hotel contracts.

The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 30 days before the agreed date of arrival of the guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.

Outside this period, the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration that is subject to the following cancellation fees:

• if cancelled 14-29 days before date of arrival, 60 % of the total price will be charged;
• if cancelled 6-13 days before date of arrival, 70 % of the total price will be charged;
• if cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the total price (100 %) will be charged, also applies to no-show or premature departure.
• Note: The legal right of withdrawal is substituted by the respective cancellation policy; only valid for direct bookings.

Refund of your deposit
If there are no cancellation fees yet, deposits will only be refunded in the SEPA area. Vouchers are issued outside the SEPA area. In the event of a refund, a processing fee of 1.5% of the cancellation fee or the deposit amount will be charged.

Cancellation protection
In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend the completion of a “European travel insurance” via https://www.europaeische.at.
