Housekeeping is responsible for providing you with fresh, clean towels every day. If you need more towels, please inform us at the reception or via housekeeping. Looking for a special gift? We are happy to provide individualised gift vouchers. The reception staff is available to assist with the details. You can arrange a wake-up call by dialling our service from your room phone: Pick up the phone, dial “*46” (star 46), and key in the time you wish to be woken up as four digits. For example, for 8:30 am, dial “0830”. Delete the wake-up call by dialling “#46” (hash key 46). Occasionally, a room may be lacking something which we do not notice quickly enough ourselves. We greatly appreciate your assistance in informing us promptly so that we may address the issue. Thank you very much in advance! Criticism is accepted just as gladly as praise. We always have an ear to lend for your needs and concerns, and will be happy to assist you at the reception if anything at all goes differently than you expected!
