17 HOTEL ENTRANCE HOTEL BILL IN-HOUSE PRE-PAYMENT LOST PROPERTIES MEALTIMES NIGHT REST The main entrance is closed at 6 pm, but you are welcome to come and go whenever you like. Your room card will open the main door at any time throughout the night. We kindly recommend that you settle your room bill on the day before your departure, so that your last day with us is as relaxing as possible. You are also welcome to pay your hotel bill on the day of departure until 10.30 am. Payment can be made in cash (€), by EC Card, VISA or Mastercard. Please note, outside of your own country, your EC Card carries a limit of € 1,000.00 to € 1,500.00 each day! In the case of delayed arrival or for early departure, you will be charged according to the applicable legal conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions. Would you like to pay cash for your stay, and not carry the money around with you? Not a problem. We are happy to accept a pre-payment and provide you with a receipt. Something missing? Please enquire immediately at the reception for your lost item. If you find anything in the hotel which has been misplaced, we request you to kindly bring the item to reception. Winter: Breakfast from 7.30 am to 10 am. Summer: Breakfast from 8 am to 10 am.
